How to Receive A Distance Healing
Please relax without crossing hands or feet on
a couch or bed, and visualize yourself surrounded by the Holy Spirit's Love and Protection - see the beautiful white light
around and through you.
Say any prayer you wish. Once is enough - you only send a letter once, right?
Then go within and just
take note of any sensations that may come.
You will enjoy the session more if you stay awake, noticing.
Also please be assured healing does take place, but we don't know in what form or when. You may notice something
right away, and but you may not. Sometimes your thinking changes, over time. Keeping a journal is a good idea.
Whatever happens, know that the God's Light is with you wherever you go.
After the session, which normally will last 30 minutes to an hour, slowly drink a glass of water. This will
refresh you and add water into the system. Do not be alarmed if you have an increase in urine production or that the urine
may seem stronger or darker than usual. This is perfectly normal as the Light burns up toxins and the body throws off more
waste than usual.
